Break ups can be the hardest, most difficult things that one has had to go through. We may have had different ways of getting our hearts broken but the ultimate experience is all the same.
Most of us has gone through the pain of a break up so I guess it is needless for me to keep harping on about it.
However, what remains the perpetual issue immediately after a break up is what to do. It’s always like that. You’re broken up, now what? For women, it may include stuffing one’s face with all the ice cream.
For men, they go for the booze. But even when there are different things we do to ease the pain, all that can erase the pain is getting our lover back.
Most of us will probably shoot for the stars and aim to get your ex back. But the only problem is that you will be in a very unstable state. You will be volatile, and the pain and the hurt will make it very hard for anyone to think straight. All the emotions will impair your being rational.
