When asking casino goers what their favourite games are many people will say Blackjack. Blackjack is one of the oldest casino games around. According to skilful players the timing of doubling down or splitting, or standing or hitting is of upmost importance for Blackjack success. Those players believing that Blackjack is simply a game of luck point mostly to the thousands of possible combinations or sequences of cards. Card counting is also touted as another possible method of increasing your odds at the tables. Card counting techniques basically require the player to keep a record of fallen cards to increase your odds of successfully predicting the next card.
